Research: Employer Branding Insights 2019

A new report due to be launched at the CIPD’s Festival Of Work show (12-13th June), will reveal the extent to which prospective employees regard all aspects of the ‘employer brand’.

The report – which also coincides with Employer Branding Awareness Week – will reveal that 94% of jobseekers now consider employer brand when weighing up whether to apply/join a company. This is up from 90% in 2016.

 The report also finds:

  • 45% of passive job seekers would apply for a job if it was to work for an ‘amazing brand’
  • However...according to the survey 46% of respondents said employers are not effectively communicating their employer brand
