Research: Employer Branding Insights 2019
The report – which also coincides with Employer Branding Awareness Week – will reveal that 94% of jobseekers now consider employer brand when weighing up whether to apply/join a company. This is up from 90% in 2016.
The report also finds:
- 45% of passive job seekers would apply for a job if it was to work for an ‘amazing brand’
- However...according to the survey 46% of respondents said employers are not effectively communicating their employer brand
