Phil Hayne

Phil is a director of REBA. He is responsible for the development and marketing of REBA's products and services, expansion of its membership base, along with effective commercial propositions for service providers.

He has extensive media and marketing experience in sectors including HR, benefits, global mobility, recruitment, financial services, pensions, investments and marketing.

Jess Tester

Jess is Head of Associate Member Services & Operations. Her main focus is to Head up our Associate Member Services and help run REBA's Business Operations. She is the main point of contact for all Associate Member queries.

Suzanne Saunders

Suzanne is a commercial associate of REBA. She works with key players supplying benefits to this market and assists them with commercial opportunities such as membership, the directory and events.

She has 15 years of media and commercial experience within HR, legal and healthcare sectors.

Jessica Feeney

Jessica is our Member Services & Proposition Development Director at REBA and started with us in early June 2019. She works with our associate and professional members across the market and assists them with new opportunities and relationships.

She has 11 years of experience within events that focus on HR, Pensions, Financial, Talent and Recruitment sectors.

Tina Halmai

Tina Halmai is the Associate Member Services Co-ordinator. Her main areas are around digital fulfilment, data reporting and events. Tina has 10 years business administration experience with particular expertise in data analysis.

Anna Martin

Anna is Head of data and professional membership development. She is constantly looking for ways to reach out to more reward and benefit practitioners to encourage them to join REBA and be part of the community. Anna also manages our data to ensure we are GDPR compliant. She has worked in marketing, subscriptions and events for many years across a variety of different sectors.

Maggie Williams

Maggie Williams is REBA’s Content Director. She is a freelance business writer and editor with more than 10 years’ experience in employee benefits. Her specialisms include pensions, reward and employee engagement.  Before working freelance, Maggie was founding Editor and Publisher of Reward magazine, as well as Editor and Publisher of Pensions Insight and Engaged Investor.

Dawn Lewis

Dawn Lewis is the Content Editor for the REBA website. Dawn is a freelance journalist who has been working in the HR space for more than eight years. Her areas of specialism include employee benefits, reward and payroll. Previously she worked on the editorial team at Pay & Benefits magazine, culminating in her appointment as acting editor.
