REBA Founder's Day engaged the community

REBA's first ever conference, the REBA Founder's Day, took place on 7 July 2015.

It was attended by 60 leading reward practitioners who are part of REBA's founding members group.

The day consisted of short, snappy talks from leading experts and networking roundtables for members.

Feedback on the day was extremely positive, while many ideas for the future of REBA were put forward.

The intention of this short piece is to bring to life how technology can assist us to improving employee engagement and as a result our productivity. Our Economy has fared better than most in the past 2-3 years as employment levels improved theoretically increasing tax revenues but the real task ahead of us all is productivity improvements. Technology can help with that.
