Hear from REBA’s co-founder and director, Debi O’Donovan, and AXA PPP healthcare’s chief operating officer proactive health, Dr Chris Tomkins, on the key findings from this year’s Employee Wellbeing Research.

Now in its fourth year, REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Research in conjunction with AXA PPP healthcare, highlights the surge in wellbeing schemes over the past four years. In 2016 just one third of those surveyed had a strategy in place, compared with two thirds in 2019.
