Video: Sheila Champion-Smeeth of Cisco on adapting their global wellbeing strategy

Sheila Champion-Smeeth, global head of wellbeing at Cisco, outlines the challenges they have faced when dealing with the global pandemic and how they have adapted their global wellbeing strategy.

In this short video, Sheila explains that they have had to make numerous wellbeing changes over the past few months at Cisco, but what she has been most delighted with is that it is no longer a push-out to the business to say that they need to focus on wellbeing.

“It’s [wellbeing] is much more of a pull and we’re having many senior leaders, right from the chief executive officer right the way down the management chain asking for us to come in and talk about wellbeing. And that has been phenomenal,” she says.

Sheila is on the Advisory Board of the REBA Employee Wellbeing Congress, which is formed of 17 leading industry practitioners and experts. Their collective experience and input has helped REBA to shape the Employee Wellbeing Congress.
