Songwriter Will Young shares the changes he has made to improve his wellbeing

Singer/songwriter Will Young has become an advocate for good mental wellbeing after having a breakdown, and has consequently restructured how he works to protect his mental health.

Speaking at REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Congress, Will Young says: “I’ve implemented a routine that aids my wellbeing rather than takes away from it.”

His changes include: only working a four-day week, taking time to exercise and ensuring he does not overload himself.

Watch Debi O'Donovan's full interview with Will Young from the Employee Wellbeing Congress 2019 on how work cultures create wellbeing and purpose.
