There is growing focus on responsible reward, influenced by the move towards a fairer, more diverse and inclusive society. Companies now want their corporate values to reflect these changing societal values and this has filtered down into reward and benefit departments.

Employees are now, more than ever, aware of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues and are questioning their reward and HR departments on where their money is being invested.
