Ed Airey of William Hill reveals its forward thinking approach to a global wellbeing strategy

Ed Airey, Group Reward Director at William Hill speaks with Dr Nick Taylor, CEO of Unmind about William Hill's forward thinking approach to creating and launching a global wellbeing strategy.

Airey, spoke to Dr Nick Taylor, about how William Hill have taken a global approach to wellbeing that provides strong foundations, whilst still allowing local innovation.

"We have a challenge in a global role, how do you make things consistent but locally relevant?"

"What I didn’t want people to do was, if we think about the wellbeing strategy as a house, is local teams going off to buy a really nice sofa which will just sit in the rain because you haven’t got anything else around it. So I see our group role as setting the pillars of strategy and providing a solid global foundation which our local businesses can then build on," said Ed Airey.
